SURF UPDATE: Yellow flags flying at beach

Medium hazard to swimmers

PANAMA CITY BEACH - The Bay County Sheriff's Office Beach Patrol Unit reports water conditions merit flying the yellow flag, indicating surf conditions are a "medium hazard" with moderate currents. Conditions are subject to change at any time.
