Straylight Run

Straylight Run will close the Friday, Sept. 12, concert at Beamer's, 201 E. Sixth St., in Panama City. LilyWhite will open the 6 p.m. show, which also includes Jonezetta, Band Marino, Treaty of Paris and Go Radio.
   
Straylight Run, an American alternative/post rock band from Long Island, N.Y., includes two ex-members of Taking Back Sunday. Their career started in 2003, and they since have had MTV exposure and sold-out shows and concerts throughout the nation. Straylight Run's three- song EP (Demo), "Un Mas Dos," is being released nationally Sept. 16 but will be available at the show in 7-inch vinyl format and in digital cards to get it off iTunes.
   
Doors open at 5 p.m. for presales, and at 5:30 p.m. for the concert. Admission is $12. For more information, contact Adam Braun at www.myspace.com/411booking.
