PANAMA CITY, FL - An opening reception for the Centennial Quilt Show is 2-4 p.m. at Bay County Public Library, at 898 W. 11th St. on Aug. 3. A Sit and Stitch is planned for Aug. 5. The public is invited to bring in their quilts and sew with the experts.
