'In Fitting Memory' photo exhibit

PANAMA CITY, FL - An opening reception for Ira Nowinski's "In Fitting Memory" photography exhibit is 3-5 p.m. Sept. 13 at Bay County Public Library, 898 W. 11th St. The photo exhibit honors Holocaust memorials.

Free exhibit on display through Oct. 30.
