ST. ANDREWS MARDI GRAS FESTIVAL: 2-8 Historic St. Andrews; hosted by the Krewe of St. Andrews and SAMGFest. Festival in Oaks by the Bay Park with more than 75 merchandise vendors, food/drink vendors with Cajun food, local seafood and barbecue, kids’ activities and rides and live music. Kids Parade and Mardi Gras Pet Parade at 4 p.m. down Beck Avenue from 15 Street to 11th Street with kids throwing beads, stuffed animals and toys to other kids. At 7 p.m., head to Time Out on Bayview Drive for Cajun Cook-Off and After-Party. Details: 763-6261.

WINE TASTING: 5-7 p.m. at Somethin’s Cookin’, 93 E. 11th St., Panama City. Details: 769-8979.

THE CHURCH AND THE ARTS: 7 p.m. at Gulf Beach Presbyterian on Hwy. 79 in Panama City Beach with Mithril Celtic Group and visual artist Phyllis Reimink in 22nd season of concert series in honor of Hazel Culpepper. Suggested donation: $15. Details: 230-1991.

THE SPENCERS: THEATRE OF ILLUSION: 7:30 p.m. at the Marina Civic Center in Panama City. More than a magic show, this magical concert for your eyes is one of the largest touring illusion productions on the road. The duo presents a big, high-tech stage show that combines drama, comedy, romance, and suspense with elaborate stage illusions that include dazzling special effects and magnificent set design.
