Tickets on sale for ‘Tom Jones'

PANAMA CITY— Tickets are on sale for Gulf Coast Community College’s latest theater production, "Tom Jones." It is a comedy based on the classic British novel by Henry Fielding. The cast features Gulf Coast students, alumni, faculty and guest actor Mike DiSalvo from New York City. DiSalvo is known for his involvement in ABC’s "All My Children," and the Roundabout Theatre Company’s National Tour of "Twelve Angry Men."

"Tom Jones" will show in the Amelia Center Theatre from Friday, Feb. 12, through Sunday, Feb. 14, and from Friday, Feb. 19, through Sunday, Feb. 21. Friday and Saturday shows will start at 7:30 p.m. On Sundays there will be matinee show at 2:30 p.m.

Tickets are $10 for adults and $5 for anyone under 18. The box office is in the Visual & Performing Arts office and is open Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. to 4 p.m. Admission is free for students, retirees, faculty, staff and dual-enrolled students (ID required). Alumni receive a 50 percent discount with their alumni membership card. It is suitable for all ages.
